"Never had a problem with my orders..."
I've never had a problem with shipping. Honestly, my orders always show up pretty quick after I place them! The clothes from Modcloth are just as they say and super adorable. One thing I’d recommend is to feature more models in the outfits on the website, since it’s tough to know how they’ll look in real life.

"Fantastic customer support"
Fantastic customer support! I bought some boots that ended up being too large. I reached out to customer service around 8:30pm, and they made the exchange process super quick and simple. They even sent my new pair without any shipping charges and provided a free return label for the boots I needed to send back! I'm really happy with how smooth and enjoyable this whole experience turned out to be. Thanks a bunch!

"Great Quality"
These clothes are really nice. I'm a big fan of the quality. I just got a red one-piece swimsuit that fits like a dream. It took a little longer than I thought to arrive, but I'm still super happy!

Hello. i have not placed an order yet. what is the trouble with shipping? going on vacation in early march and am shopping for swimsuits.

So i am reading review horror stories here about shipping and "bad return policy". i am about to purchase. should i be concerned?

Thinking of ordering a dress, but leery of the bad comments in regards to shipping and returns any suggestion that would sway me to ordering a dress
